Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulations are developed with a focus on skin barrier health. We avoid common irritants like synthetic fragrances and essential oils, making most of our range suitable for sensitive skin types.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. The Formularx is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the development process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I use multiple active ingredients together?
While many of our products are designed to be layered, we recommend introducing one new active at a time. Please refer to the specific product pages for detailed layering guides and compatibility charts.
